Cleaning Fee - $80 (one time) Units are cleaned prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for you at additional cost.
Refundable Security Deposit - $250 (may be waived if guest has travelers insurance – call or email for details)
Deposit:
2 nights – 100% due at booking
3 nights or more - 50% due at booking and balance due 28 days before check in
Cancellation:
50% refund of the total cost if cancelled at least 4 weeks before check in
25% refund of the total cost if cancelled at least 2 weeks before check in
Holiday periods – cancellations are allowed up to 42 days prior to check in date; less than 42 days deposit is forfeited
